Material Information
Our CNC Precision cut birch ply frames are fitted with solid timber rails on all load bearing areas, before a generous number of steel serpentine springs are attached using solid steel clips. Only the finest quality foam grades are used to pad and shape the frame before our hand cut meticulously sewn covers are upholstered by a single upholsterer to ensure ownership pride and care can be taken on each piece.
